Abstract
Men gathered on snowy grounds – ski resort. Men and boys use rope to move on snow. Workers at site in woods, men smoking cigars. View of large stone fireplace and site foundations. Groups of people gathered at bottom of slope. Skiers including women. Shots of the U.S.E.A.S.A. (United States Eastern Amateur Ski Association) Cross Country Race. Shot of people going up chairlift. Dark footage of jumpers as they come off of ski jump and make their landing on the slope. View of crowd at the bottom of the slope. Shot of jumper coming down slope, and then taking flight, coming down to land. Donor notes: “Belknap Mts. Recreation Center ; Fred Coleman at Club House job ; Foundations and fireplace ; USEASA Cross Country Race ; Betty and Phil Park look on ; Ed Taylore rides tramway ; Betty also goes up and Phyl jumps one too ; The Try-Me trial ; Ski jumping at Belknap.”
