19:52: Large shingled house; long pan past house to trees and shrubs, street. Wobbly view, returns to house. Pan again, weeping beech and other trees. Montauk, Long Island? 21:20 Man on ladder clipping hedges by hand. Looks at camera. 21:37 Older woman in long dress and cane, wearing hat, walks away from camera turns and points at shrubs. Camera unstable (not on tripod?) More shots of grounds and house--back of another house? Very large lawn (unstable view, camera keeps moving). Horse-drawn lawnmower in distance. Man with rake in foreground. Camera continues to make unsteady pans. 24:56 Older woman with basket meets up with gardener; they walk through garden and woman picks some flowers and gardener cleans up. It is very breezy.
