Abstract
1938 home movie survey of hurricane damage and clean up in Massachusetts following the September 21 storm.
Viewing Notes
Pans over fallen and uprooted trees along a dirt road, with some signs of clean up in progress. A man stands at the base of a large uprooted tree, providing perspective on its size. Another sequence surveys the damage around a collapsed concrete bridge, adjacent to an intact wooden pedestrian bridge.
