Abstract
Reel notes: “Events About Town -46 -47 48 ’49” Can note: “27” Wedding footage. Flower girl and then the rest of the bridesmaids coming down the aisle. Various shots of the wedding party, including shaking hands as guests greet the family. Shot of people dressed up, woman in black lace gloves and men in suits, the men trade hats quickly while the woman in lace gloves directs them. Older gentleman addresses the crowd. Shot of squirrel in a tree – tree is bare, suggesting winter. The squirrel appears to be eating the tips of the branches. Cut to shot of snowy resort area with skiers. Women walk up hill toward camera. Shot from top of ski hill down to crowd and resort area. Show of skiers in race (numbers on jackets). Children using rope tow.
