Intertitles: “Maine The Land Of Remembered Vacations” “Official State Picture, Maine Development Commission, State House, Augusta, Maine” Reel 84 is a promotional film about towns along the Maine coast with intertitles throughout. The footage includes scenes of Fort McClary and the Lady Pepperell House in Kittery Point, beaches in Ogunquit, Wells and Kennebunk, the Maine Turnpike, a sign that reads, “To The Sea The Harpswells Baileys And Orr’s Island”, scenic country roads and houses along the roads, lakes, docks, ferries and sailboats in Boothbay Harbor, the docks at South Bristol and Christmas Cove, people on a sailboat and swimming in the water near a dock, lobster fisherman unloading a boat in Friendhsip and a few shots of the sun setting.
