Compilation tape received from the Boothbay Region Historical Society. Tape divided into various segments as follows: 1. 1987 intertitle: 'The Boothbay Region Historical Society is grateful to the Robert Fuller family for this film. 1987.' 2. Intertitle: 'An Old Fishing Village fotographed by Fuller 1926 and 1927.' Amateur footage (b&w) of Boothbay Harbor activities. Families on docks, street scenes, numerous harbor shots, schooners coming in for bait, fishermen at work, sailboats, sea gulls. A yacht club visits Boothbay. Numerous views of the waterfront. A young boy plays on deck of the 'Gold Hunter.' Various fish are shown off [ie displayed] by anglers. Scenic views of surf at Ocean Point. A family picnic out on the rocks. Intertitled throughout. 3. 1987 intertitle: 'Copies of this video cassette are available from Boothbay Region Historical Society.' 4. Untitled amateur footage (color, some fading) of 1940s-1950s Boothbay Harbor community activities including boat building, launching power boat, clambake at Fisherman's fair. Scenes include boats in harbor, clambake cooking, crowds eating and attending fair. See Mike Leonard Collection/acc.1508 for 3/4 in. copy of 'An Old Fishing Village.'
