The Merrill Family of Marblehead, MA + Falmouth, MA Wilbur M. Merrill - Father Myrtle Hazell Merrill - Mother Marilyn H. Merrill - older girl Virginia Merrill - younger girl 1st b&w aprox 1934 in Manchester MA at the E. Sohier Welch summer estate on Atlantic coast (little girl dancing an imitation of Max Bear) The Merrill Family was blue collar. Wilbur was a manual training teacher - winter. In the summer he was the capt. of a sailing vessel owned by a Boston [Brahman]?, E Sohier Welch. Myrtle was a stay at home mom who made all the clothes the children are wearing. Falmouth - starts in color with elderly lady and man (M. Jones). All Falmouth (Cape Cod) from here to end. House - Ransom Rd (Quissett - part of Falmouth) skating on pond in Quissett gardens Swimming on the Cape b&w family shots added Wm. Polifka (Marilyn's husband) 1955 Blurry part - going to Texas Mansion in Mt. Vernon. Machine shop in Falmouth High School Ends with portrait of Marilyn.
