Abstract: This reel documents the 1976 Tall Ships Festival in Newport, Rhode Island in commemoration of America's bicentennial, and concludes with footage of fishing boats in the Provincetown harbor. A fishing boat named "The Patricia Marie" that was shipwrecked in October of 1976 is also documented on this reel.
