Gives a plate to the dog. Three men taking a break. Man driving a bull dozer. Two men play with young girl (Sally) by the construction site. Men working. Pouring concrete into foundation and flattening it with shovels. Removing boards from the sides of the foundation. Mixing concrete. Unloading lumber from a horse drawn cart. Truck backs up to the site and is loaded with a tree stump. Bulldozer pulling stumps out of the ground. Man chopping up a tree with an ax. Loading stumps into the back of the truck.
