Some handlers whip the horses. High view of village. 3:50- 4:05 Sulky races through the village Intertitle: "The Winner" 4:05-4:24 The winner of the sulky race drinks from a flask and celebrates. Intertitle: "A little of the Worlds' Fair Windsor" 4:24-6:24 Views of oxen pull at the fairgrounds. Views of the merry-go-round, Ferris wheel, and people on the fairway, greeting each other, looking a stalls, etc. The fair is crowded. Views of horses being led around the track as people in the grandstand watch. Good views of grandstand. Intertitle: "On the track at Skowhegan Fair" 6:24-8:02 Sulky races on the track at Skowhegan, Maine. People fill grandstand and some are inside the track. Night shots of the same track with a circus act in one ring with horses and female acrobats, clowns.
