They walk away from the camera. They walk out of a building with the sign: “Railway Mail Service Air Mail Field Transfer Office”. This is probably Washington-Hoover Airport in Arlington, Virginia. They join a crowd looking at a Kellett autogyro. An PCA (Pennsylvania Central Airlines) airplane taxis. The girl and boy lead a dog (Sheltie) down the street and get into a car, followed by three women. The little girl jumping rope. The boy climbs on the railing of a porch. Women in dresses lined up in a receiving line. A woman in a white flowered dress, white hat, and white fox stole (Eleanor Roosevelt) at the head of the receiving lone. The camera starts on her and pans down the line of women. A woman walks toward the camera adjusting her clothes and smiling. A large crowd of women seated outside.
