Original footage is 8mm film. // Exterior shots Kennebunk River Club. Marina. Kids dressed in Indian costumes and life jackets. Tepees pitched on pier and on boats. Man in shorts and tam o shanter. Banner on boat says ''The Kennebunks We Like Em." Sign, "Welcome Maine Arts and Crafts." Canoe with man in stern smoking pipe, he takes off sweater. Woman in front. Boats with tepees, balloons, signs. Sandy spit with people observing boats anchored and moving. "Old Time Carnival Spirit" sign with brass band on front, balloons strung in rigging.
