Gigi Lekousi discusses community planning for the arts -- how to set up a program, funding, etc. Dee Merrill demonstrates example of her Lifeline exercise class for the aged offered at the University of Southern Maine. Class memeber go onstage and perform exercises: sit-ups, modified back arches, leg kicks, use of handheld weights.
