Moving shot of boats crossing lake. Man piloting motor in stern. Loading boats, launching off shore, Pocumcus Dock. Stout, wide boat was named "Sadie" after Sadie Curtis. More moving shots from boat. Head shot of dog, English Setter "Freckles". Boats approaching rocky shore. Winding pull cord around boat motor to start. More moving shots of rowboat, motorboat, canoe. MS Deer (buck with antlers) grazing in field. MCU of deer. Hunters beside campfire. VS eating and talking. Chopping tree. Porcupine scampers along ground, climbs tree. Hauling dead deer on shoulders. VS canoe and pontoon plane resting near shore, under wing. A Grumman with West Point insignia on side. Loading deer into canoe. Passengers climb from boat into plane, takes off. Men on shore (out of focus), pan to follow plane flying over head. Airplane in field, loading gear, taking cover off engine. Young, Orval Cook, later a four-star general. Two mechanics working on engine, start propeller. Plane is probably a Boeing B12. Car in background is Archie's Buick. Pilot climbs into open cockpit. Sign on hangar 'Stanavo.'
