The program includes recurring segments such as ìThe Trials and Tribulations of Ruby Slippersî and ìMechanical Minute with Lotta Knowhow.î This episode includes information on breast cancer and breast self-examination, and segments on women in the advertising industry, on women in agriculture and on Native American women. It includes footage of the Ross sisters of Pleasant View Dairy Farm in Durham, Maine, of Cathy Powl (Penobscott Indian Enterprises) and Debbie Lanpher (harness racer).
