Dewson. FDR talks to the man next to him, Postmaster General James A. Farley. FDR gives a speech. CU of a Farley, goes back to FDR’s speech. Wipe transition to a shot of Saint Peter's Basilica, with “Italy” on screen. A wedding party walks out of the building, including Benito Mussolini.
