Keeping room, Blue room and front stairs at Brown Hill Farm, Bow, NH House was built in 1789 – purchased by John B. Jameson in 1924 Haying at Brown Hill Farm, John B. Jameson, Jr. driving horse Hay wagon pulled by oxen at Brown Hill Farm Unidentified group of school aged children (poor quality) John Jameson’s Packard car with John Jr., Robert, Marion and Jane Jameson @ 76 Centre St. Concord, NH – Jane and her mother Marion walking back to house Signs made by JBJ describing various subjects of his 16mm films. School group on sleigh ride to Bonney Tavern (1747), Hopkinton (?) [Boscawen] More haying at BHF along with mowing machine (driven by Harry Clough who had owned the farm before JBJ) and big load of hay (Jane Jameson gets on top) Winter scene at BHF.
Intertitle (on letterboard) “Brown Hill Farm. Built in 1799, Bought by John B Jameson in 1924” Interior of house, corner cabinet, fireplace with fire going, panning around room. Gladioli on table. Pewter pitchers fireplace with fire. View of hall, another fireplace. Rocking chair, table with leaves, glimpse of stairway. Wallpaper in hall stairs. Outside, barn. Wagon drawn by horse with boy driving, raking hay. Pair of oxen drawing large hay wagon, kids on top of hay wagon hay. Another view of hay and oxen along driveway with stone wall; man with stick. Boy with pair of oxen, no hay. Very brief view of feet by camera person. Mistake. People coming out of building (too dark). Car driving down driveway. In town, two boys about 18 years old and young woman walking along sidewalk to car, boys get in car. Woman and older woman walk along sidewalk to house, then discuss something in front of window. Kids and people pile out of a large horse drawn sleigh (6:57) fur coats, sign “Bonney Tavern” [Penacook NH?] over building hanging from second floor porch, another sign says 1787. People get back in sleigh 7:30; sleigh drives off down street past church.
