Vacation Bicycle Safety Patrol is a film about bicycle safety with intertitles throughout. The footage includes a boy in a Vacation Bicycle Safety Patrol uniform biking up to and posing for the camera, kids getting out of school, being helped across the street by crossing guards and getting on their bikes, kids biking through the streets weaving in and out of traffic, a man at a table addressing boys in a field outside of The Walton School as a policeman walks up and inspects a document, candidates for the Vacation Bicycle Safety Patrol in uniform going through training exercises on their bikes, riding through town, persuading a group of young boys to move their baseball game from the street to a nearby field, helping people across the street, stopping two women from riding a bike at the same time and clearing kids of the street.
