Flag bearers. Drum brigade. African-American man wearing red beret. Drum brigade. Spectators at side with balloons. Two men in comic car. It's a huge version of a soapbox derby car. Man sits on top of seat and waves while buddy drives. Man has rubber-handled toy axe. Fireman standing in truck. He wears dog mask. He waves. Made up like Dalmatian. Engine-truck. Policeman points as two women cross street. 32:01. Cop spreads arms. Makes come-hither gesture. Directs, observes traffic. Cars going down street. Cop removes hat, smooths hair with hand. Replaces hat. Cavaliers assembled single file at side of athletic field. Marshall steps forward at side. Billboard signs displayed on fence. Pan. of group in long shot. 33:01. Marshall salutes. He marches in place. Raising flags, cavaliers commence marching. Drummers in front. Marshall steps smartly along. 34:01. Cavaliers march in place. (End of Reel 15.)
