American Friends Service Committee Collection

      Collection contains 1 BetaSP transfer copy of "So We Will Stand and Fight" made from a 16mm circulating print borrowed from the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) video and film lending library. http://tools.afsc.org/bigcat/video-film.htm "So We Will Stand and Fight" is a 30-minute documentary produced by WKBG ca.1970. The film focuses on members of the Passamaquoddy tribe of Indian Township Maine where two centuries of encroachment by the white man have left the tribe of about 500 Indians with only half its original reservation granted by treaty.
      Wayne Newell is one of the people featured in the film.
