The collection consists of 6 reels of black and white and color 8mm film, totaling approximately 735 feet. These include 5 reels of home movies shot by Lyle L. "Slim" Howard and one commercial film, "The American in Orbit". The collection also includes one Kodack 8mm camera, one Bell & Howell 8mm camera, a Kodaslide projector, a Bell & Howell 8mm projector, and a Tower 8mm film splicer.

Biographical/Historical Notes
Filmed by Lyle L. "Slim" Howard. He was married to Ethel Arnold Simpson Howard. The films were donated by Michael Corr, Ethel's grandson.
