The Percheron Horse Association is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the Percheron breed and sponsors a World Percheron Congress every four years.

With 850 head of horses on the Iowa State Fairgrounds, no horse show has ever been larger than the most recent Congress.  This DVD relives the incredible versatility of the breed, the grandeur of the Congress and the sheer excitement of the competition and exhibition.
