The Lodge in the Wilderness

Anita Stewart is Virginia Coulson, the owner of a lumber camp in the Northwest and object of the the camp superintendent's (John Hammond) desire. Virginia refuses his marriage proposal in favor of the young logging engineer Jim Wallace (Edmund Burns), newly arrived at the camp. Wallace is later jailed as the suspect in a murder at the camp, and must escape prison to rescue Virginia from a raging forest fire at the lodge.
