The Great White Trail
(Leopold D. Wharton, 1917)
Accused of infidelity, Prudence Ware (Doris Kenyon) and her baby are thrown out of their home by husband George Carrington (Paul Gordon). The shock of the confrontation leaves Ware partially demented, and she places the baby in a basket in the woods, where it is discovered by a Reverend's dog. After her recovery, Ware discovers she has no memory of the past, and travels to the Klondike to begin her life over. Filmed in Ithaca, New York.
