Biographical/Historical Notes
Musician Eddie David Stapleton lives in West Buxton, Maine. Born in 1930, he was raised in South Boston, Massachusetts, later serving in the U.S. Air Force. He married Helen Adelia Boulter in 1963, and they moved to West Buxton in 1970. The banjo player accompanying Stapleton in A Time for Music is Dennis Harshaw, born and raised in Brownville Junction, Maine. Original footage is 1/2-inch open reel videotape.
