Good views of huge crowds lining the streets as various official-looking cars pass. Parade begins, a band passes, women with parasols, another band, a large float and 'Queen' atop of it, a single woman marches by, a long file of women pass by (the contestants) all wearing a sash and armband, large floats go by, then small floats (with one contestant on them, pushed by black people dressed in white outfits). After women, sailors march by, various dignitaries, then more women with floats. Bands, Scottish Highlanders with bagpipes, more floats, children march by, a float full of jitterbugging flappers and a big band, more floats with bands, a huge 'Friehofers Fine Bread' float, a 'Whitman's Sampler' float, more marching bands, and floats.
