Title: "CITY OF BOSTON HOTEL ASSOCIATION ANNUAL SAIL and CLAM BAKE/AUGUST 2nd 1938" The reel begins with the boat setting out from dock with an all-male group gathered on board. The atmosphere is festive, with one of the passengers playing an accordion. On landing at the beach, a group sets up for the clam bake, while others swim, play games, and engage in horseplay. On the return voyage, the festive mood continues, with men dancing to accordion songs and wrestling.
