Cut to day at the New York World's Fair, opening with a view of the south side of the Communication Building. Various Fair scenes and attractions viewed from a passing vehicle, including a large crowd gathered in front of the United States Federal Building, the Court of Nations, and the Polish Pavilion. Brief shot of the Works Progress Administration mural. Night scenes of the Sealtest and Kraft signs and the General Electric building. Cut to day scenes of ocean liners at dock near Pier 86 in New York, including the Queen Mary and the Normandie. Street sign for 12th Ave. and West 46th Street.
