From NYU Film Library catalog: This film describes the town of Camden, Maine, with a population of 4,000 which depends for its existence on fishing, summer visitors, woolen and paper mills, and its trade with farmers of the region. We are shown the family and home of Fred Keller, head weaver in one of the woolen mills and a typical resident of the town. He lives on a nearby farm of 25 acres, raises cattle, sheep, and poultry and adds to his income by taking in tourists. Maine attracts summer visitors and there are many cabin camps, summer hotels, and summer camps for boys and girls. The forests provide pulpwood and wood for fuel. During the long winter months the women make hooked rugs and the men make ship models for sale during the following summer. Archive.org
