      The collection consists of the [Gertrude Jane Hay Eustis--home movies], 99 reels of 16mm film totaling approximately 40,000 feet. The films show family activities and events in New Jersey and the Boothbay Harbor area of Maine. Highlights of the collection include parades and family games, clam and lobster bakes, the Winter Harbor Ferry, Princeton football games, and scenes of New York City, including the George Washington Bridge under construction.
      The Eustis family lived in South Orange, New Jersey, and summered in Isle of Springs and Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Susanne Bogart, (April 28, 1931 - May 22 2013), the donor, was the daughter of Gertrude Jane Hay Eustis and Harold Randall Eustis. She was an active community member, involved in many organizations and committees, in Verona, New Jersey, Boothbay Harbor and Isle of Springs, Maine.
